Dan has spent over 20 years in the world of design, working with global brands like Red Bull, Callaway Golf, Monster Energy, and FXR Racing.
Born and raised in the small town of Wabasso, Minnesota, Dan’s roots have always been grounded in small-town values and big dreams. After spending 16 years in California growing his career and creativity, he returned home to Redwood Falls, MN - just a short drive from where it all began - to raise his family and build a life centered on purpose, community, and creativity.
Creativity has always been at the heart of his career, from shaping products for pros to building visual stories that inspire. But his proudest role is being “Dad.” With Go-Guetters, Dan is channeling his experience into something bigger — showing his kids what’s possible when imagination meets action. Guiding them through the process of starting a business, he hopes to spark their creativity, confidence, and entrepreneurial spirit, proving that with a little vision and teamwork, you really can reach for the stars.

Shannon leads with heart in everything she does. She founded Discover Downtown Redwood Falls, a revitalization group dedicated to bringing new life and energy back to the community she loves.
Alongside her work in real estate - where she helps families find their place to call home - Shannon is the glue that holds it all together. As “The Boss,” she inspires her kids daily with her drive, her vision, and her ability to balance business, community, and motherhood with grace. Shannon’s passion for building both a stronger town and a stronger family is the spark behind Go-Guetters.

June is motivated, imaginative, and full of heart. With a natural gift for art, she brings sketches, ideas, and colorful visions to life, all while showing kindness that shines through everything she does. June is excited to turn her creativity into real products and prove that even young dreamers can build something amazing.
Still finding her creative voice, Lily is discovering just how fun it is to bring ideas to life. With her parents’ guidance and her sister by her side, she’s learning what it means to be a builder, a thinker, and a dreamer. Her curiosity and playful spirit are the sparks of a bright creative journey ahead — one that will help make Go-Guetters shine.

CSO (CHIEF SNACKS OFFICER)
Molly already holds one of the most important titles - Chief Snacks Officer. She keeps the team fueled with giggles, snack breaks, and endless energy. While she may not be making business decisions just yet, Molly reminds everyone what Go-Guetters is really about: family, fun, and enjoying the little moments together.
